Your $5.00/month access subscription renews monthly via Stripe to keep your payment method on file. At month-end, a 0.5% platform fee (on account balance) plus a 12% performance fee (only when monthly net realized algorithmic profit is positive) is billed to the card on file with an itemized email receipt. These fees are separate from spreads, financing, and other costs charged by OANDA. See the fee section of our Terms.

Cancel any time from Account → Subscription — no email, phone, or chat required. Access continues until the end of the paid period. A written cancellation confirmation is emailed immediately.

30 days free, no credit card required. We will not charge you until you start a paid subscription.

Per our Terms, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Email support@ruggedx.ai for billing disputes — we will respond before any card chargeback.
